I trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and the Institute for Functional Medicine. After experiencing firsthand how stress and long working hours impacted my own health, I retrained to help others support their wellbeing.
I take a holistic approach that combines nutrition, lifestyle and fitness. I'm a member of BANT and IFM, and registered with the CNHC.
